Pencil sketches locked a square toe; a 3-D-printed last let us test strap angles the same day, ensuring support with negative space.

Proof of Concept

Initial mule in black PVC with raw brass pebble showed great balance but needed softer insole padding and slimmer pebble base.

Final Prototype

Gold, Comfort, Green-Light

Pebble recast in zinc / 18 k flash gold; insole foam density doubled. Team wore the pair across a full London day—no dig-in, no slips—production approved.
